Processing & Shipping
Made-to-order items require processing time before shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
All custom and personalized items are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
